Refund & Return Policy

At E4EGG, we take pride in delivering farm-fresh eggs that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Each product is carefully packed and shipped under strict cold-chain conditions to ensure freshness upon arrival.

As eggs are perishable food items, returns are handled with care and specific conditions as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, we will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • You received damaged, cracked, or spoiled eggs upon delivery.
  • The wrong product or incorrect quantity was delivered.
  • The order was not delivered due to an internal error on our part.

2. Reporting a Problem

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photographs showing the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief description of the issue

Our quality assurance team will review your claim and arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as applicable.


3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The issue is verified and approved by our support team.
  • The payment was made online through our website or an authorized payment gateway.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product was handled improperly or stored in unsuitable conditions after delivery.
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  • You changed your mind after delivery (no reason-based returns).

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If payment has been made, the refund (after applicable deductions) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Replacement Process

If your replacement request is approved:

  • A replacement will be delivered in the next available delivery slot.
  • For bulk or partner orders, replacement schedules will be communicated directly by our logistics team.
