Thank you for shopping with E4EGG. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality eggs safely and on time across India. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

2. Delivery Time

  • Local Deliveries (Kerala region): 1–3 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days (depending on location and availability)
  • Bulk/Partner Orders: Timelines are communicated separately based on volume and logistics planning.

We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining the freshness and safety of our products through a cold-chain logistics system.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: ₹50–₹150 (based on distance and order size)
  • Free Delivery: For selected areas and bulk/partner orders above a specific value.
  • All delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packed using tamper-evident, freshness-sealed cartons to ensure safe handling.
  • We maintain temperature-controlled storage and transport to preserve product quality during delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or shipment update through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
For B2B and wholesale partners, GPS-tracked delivery updates are available upon request.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Products once delivered cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of eggs.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or credit as applicable.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we deliver only within India.
  • Certain remote areas may not be serviceable due to logistic limitations.
  • We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.
